To conquer any summit, one needs to be present wholly i.e. physically, mentally and emotionally. Endurance, perseverance and courage is required at every step. Similarly, I believe to thrive in anything that we want to, we must bring our whole self to the table. I have experienced the power of exploring and challenging the confines of human potential and am passionate about unlocking our true potential and thriving in life.
My journey to becoming a happiness coach was not a straight forward path; it was a transformation that unfolded gradually, much like the changing seasons in my picturesque town. I completed my graduation in commerce and did Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Operations Management. The coaching journey started in the year 2016 and I got certified as a Happiness & Mindfulness coach. I had always been on introspective side and a good listener from a young age. This enabled me to explore the workings of mind and being empathetic.
From being an overly shy & introvert child, lacking self confidence and who struggled in communicating & expressing myself to addressing people globally, confidently conducting workshops for a large audience, overcoming challenges in personal and professional space, with a growth mindset are some of the changes I have experienced in my life. In the corporate world I started with a temporary job not knowing where will I be after 3 months, to working in the same organization for 22 years. Have been fortunate to work in various roles from recovery tele-caller, handling customer complaints to being an Business Analyst and creating niche in analysing Data for business, MIS and Credit Bureau's related functions. It has been a wonderful journey.

Since 2016, I have conducted interactive workshops and provided personalised coaching majorly on how to create a sustainable happy life, effective communication, conflict resolutions, having difficult conversations, relationships, overcoming limiting beliefs in personal or professional life and mindfulness meditation.
My intent is to provide a safe and powerful space where you can express freely, be vulnerable and discover the answers you need to move froward professionally and personally with purpose and clarity. Create a life you wish for yourself with Clarity, Calmness and Compassion.
Why ?
I do this as I know what’s it like to feel unworthy, aimless, as if no one understands, not being able to express yourself. We live in times where there is a constant feeling of something is missing, as if only after acquiring that something our life will be whole and complete. While the irony is we are already whole and complete, we already have the success we are looking for, we are already happy; we just need to learn how to connect with the source and create a conscious life which is sustainable. That’s where my passion with human potential comes in.

On a personal note …
I LOVE travelling to Himalayas, good food, spending quality time with family and friends, doodling and painting, learning to play my Ukulele. Being a hopeless romantic love watching rom-coms.
